100% Brachetto grapes.
Pressing and destemming of the grapes. Maceration on the skins for about 2 days at controlled temperature to extract color and aroma. The must is clarified and aged in steel tanks at 0 ° C. Afterwards the alcoholic fermentation takes place, stopped at 6° through filtration.
Tasting notes
Of medium intensity ruby ​​red color tending to rosé: the perfume is delicate and characterized by heady hints of rose, strawberry and raspberry. Sweet and soft on the palate, with a pleasant freshness.
Pairings
Delicious with strawberries, it elegantly accompanies any type of dessert and fruit salads. The moderate alcohol content makes it a natural and delicious drink to be consumed fresh on any occasion. Ideal as an ingredient in thirst-quenching cocktails. Suggested serving temperature is 6°-8°C (43°-47° F) uncorking just before serving.
