The colour is “liminal pink” – that shade that sits between dry rosé and chillable red. A riot of cherry aromas jump out – red cherry, cherry pip, glacé cheery – all the cherries! Foamy bubbles with pomegranate, blood orange, spice and an amaro twist of raspberry salted liquorice on the finish and that classic Piggy snap, crackle and pop from the Nero and Arneis. No need to shake before opening, pair with pizza, parks and sunsets – Nero d’Avola 56% Arneis 31%, Zibibbo 9%, Fiano 4%
