From the Winery:
The grapes are harvested when they reach full ripeness, they are placed to ferment in stainless steel tanks for about two weeks, during which pumping over is carried out.
Once this step has been completed and the optimal alcohol content has been reached, the wine is separated from the pomace and left to mature partly in steel tanks and partly in 500-litre tonneaux.
The wine is left to mature until microbiological balance is achieved, in this period the wine broadens its bouquet.
Then we proceed to assemble the various barrels in a refrigerated tank. After the final filtration we proceed to bottling.
Ruby red color. Intense aroma with notes of small red fruits, musk, spices and tobacco.
A wine with character, it is soft and slightly tannic on the palate.
