Rokhster wines is a new project by Giorgi Kirkitadze and his friends. Giorgi is originally from Imereti, and today owns a wine shop in Tbilisi, and also creates traditional Georgian kvevri wines with the help of his friends. The fruit is organic farmed and sourced from his childhood neighbors and friends in Imereti. Only one wine is produced so far, a Tsolikouri kvevri wine which is wild yeast fermented and aged in kvevri, and bottled unfiltered without added sulfites.
