The first Port rosé was introduced by Croft in 2008 and it’s a drink I like sipping on its own at the end of a meal. Lighter and fruitier than tawny or ruby port, it’s delicious with chocolate or with a bowl of fresh berries.
This port & tonic though is another great aperitif – something to serve chilled, on the rocks with a few berries as a garnish.
