59% Petit Manseng, 41% Vidal Blanc. Gorgeous, deep golden color. The nose does not disappoint here and it’s exploding out of the glass. Intense, complex notes of pear, lychee, jasmine, honeycomb… we could go on. Gentle but persistent acidity frames this wine well. A perfect pairing for spicy Thai, Caribbean, or Indian curry!
