La Bosque is a handful of vines nestled in the heart of a mountain hamlet, on the shale slopes of the AOP Saint-Chinian; In 2016, we embarked on this adventure with the aim of getting back to basics, to work the land, to preserve the terroir and the Languedoc grape varieties through original vintages.

100% White Grenache

Drinking “regalade” consists of drinking without bringing the container to the mouth. Out grandparents drank this way from a flask, especially during the grape harvest.

Cuvée from a plot of Grenache Blanc on a shale terroir. The vines are located in the heart of the maquis and share the premises with a pretty field of mimosas.

This wine is fruity and delicious with a tangy finish. The White Régalade goes perfectly with a salad of fresh beans and green asparagus, a ratatouille prepared with garden vegetables, a Mediterranean fish.
