From the Winemaker:
A wonderfully light & refreshing Gamay. The vines for this parcel are planted in Blacaret, just outside of the Brouilly appellation. They are over 100 years old, planted on sand, granite and a little clay. Vinification was 10 days of maceration with entire grapes, but then given a full 15 month elevage and bottled in 8th of December 2020 No filtration, degassing or sulfites added.
Bright, crunchy and crisp summer fruits, with the old vines  and elevage giving this gamy depth and roundness.
