From the Winemaker:
The grapes are dried in the sun for about 15 days then crushed and fermented in steel tank. The wine is aged in used barrel for at least 16 years and results in deep red/amber colour with caramel reflections, intense aromas of dried fruits, raisins, honey, butter caramel and minerality. Full and velvety on the palate with balanced sweetness and freshness of acidity. Long aftertaste of candied orange peal.
