From the winemaker:
Philosophy: To express Loureiro in an authentic and genuine way in its natural habitat – Lima Valley.
Origin: The two vineyards are 5 km away from the Atlantic ocean, with two different soils, one in a stony soil with a high concentration of pebbles along the south bank of the River and the other slightly to the south in a slope vineyard of schist-clay origin, something rare and precious.
Grape Varieties: Loureiro.
Vinification: Manual harvest in boxes of 20Kg. Reception with total destemming, crushing, followed by pressing. Cold settling for 2 days at a temperature of 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Stand in stainless steel on fine lees for 5 months.
Tasting Note: Light straw yellow color with green hues. Fascinating aroma of floral expression with slight nuance to citrus fruits. On the palate, elegance seduces, where Atlantic freshness is remarkable in a captivating finish.
