A truly surprising and unique nose with notes of blond tobacco, hay, dried flowers, orange zest and chestnut honey. The whole is fresh with a great minerality. The sensations on the palate are just as surprising with this minerality and rather oxidative aromas. A very original rosé with beautiful bitters and a blood orange finish. A unique, disconcerting champagne to be enjoyed by connoisseurs in large glasses or at the table with a sauté of veal with chorizo.
