Made from 95% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot, grown on Clay-limestone soils, this wine has a lovely pale salmon presentation. The nose is very aromatic, with notes of exotic fruits first, followed by aromas of strawberry and red berries. The palate is fresh and lively, with a lovely sweetness on the finish that makes this rosé crisp. Serve as an aperitif, or with lighter appetizers at ~50°F
