PICKLEWEED POTION – Stout w/ Salicornia – 8.0% ABV
Leaf peeping hits a bit different on the shore. A sure sign of the season, Salicornia (better known as Pickleweed around these parts) sets the marsh ablaze each Autumn with it’s fuchsia bloom. No one knows it better than our dear friend and island foodie Laura Davis. Long before we opened our doors, Laura was was paving the way for what food and drink culture on the island could be. She’s one of our favorite people, and every year you can find her and her family harvesting this incredible ocean goodness for our seasonal stout.
Pickleweed Potion leads with notes of dark chocolate and plum, flowing into earthy coffee and a soft minerality. Available in cans for the very first time, donned with Laura foraging, it’s almost like you’re in the marsh mud with her.
