Crafted from a harmonious blend of Mavrud and Trakiiska Slava (or Thracian Glory) grapes. To achieve greater concentration of flavor, the Thracian Glory portion of the blend is dried on wooden grates using the appassimento method, which is traditionally used for making sweet wines. The two varieties are fermented separately before being blended and aged together in French oak barrels. The resulting wine is rich and flavorful, with a complexity derived from its unique winemaking process.
