This wine comes from a single plot in the northeast corner of the Farm. It underwent a long maceration (50 days) and spent three years in barrel before being bottled. This is a massive wine. Dark and dense with minty and floral character hovering over a backbone of dark fruit. If you are a fan of California Cab or Hearty Bordeaux, this is the Hiyu for you!
