Hidalgo Vermut La Gitana Red Vermouth Sherry
Vermut La Gitana was created from an original recipe found in the Hidalgo family archives. The first record of its use was in the early 19th century. This is an exacting recreation of that once popular expression. Using Palomino Fino Oloroso Faraon and Pedro Ximenez Triana both matured for a minimum of 12 years in 100 year old American Oak Butts, the wines once blended are infused with aromatic herbs and other botanicals for another 6 months.
